Evan is an principal at McKinsey & Company's Beijing Office. He has been working with McKinsey for over seven years, and he is focused on travel and logistics sector.

Evan was the CEO of Prosys, a company focused on Customer Relationship Management software and funded by Softbank Venture Capital. Evan also worked at the M&A division of Bear Stern's New York Office.

Evan obtained his MBA degree from J.L. Kellogg Graduate School of Northwestern University, where was graduated with distinction. He earned his bachelor degree from Shanghai Jiaotong University.
